Do you offer refunds or returns?
No, all sales are final. Once I give it to USPS anything that happens to the package is out of my hands. However, if there's an issue, like you received the wrong items, feel free to contact me.
Do you ship to the UK and EU?
Yes, UK shipping is available via my Etsy storefront! Please note not all items are currently listed and quantities may be limited, so if you're interested in an in stock item that might not be there feel free to contact me for a custom listing!
EU orders can be made here or on Etsy. Bigcartel does not charge VAT automatically so you will be charged upon receiving the item and a possible handling fee. Etsy will charge VAT upfront. Please place an order with this in mind, as I can not be held liable for any fees that may occur.
How long does it take to receive the items?
I try to ship all in stock items within 3-5 days and domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 days. However there are major delays with USPS at the moment and some items can take as long as 2 weeks to be delivered, international can take as long as 2 months. There is nothing I can do to control these times.
All Preorders clearly state that they are preorders and give a general projection of when they will ship out. Please pay attention when purchasing if items need to be received within a specific timeframe.
My order got returned to sender, what happens next?
I will reach out to you and resend it out after an additional shipping fee is paid. If you decline to pay the shipping fee or do not get back to me within 2 weeks, your order will be refunded minus the initial shipping fee + any fees taken by Paypal/Stripe.
Can I resell items purchased from your store?
You may resell any items up to double the price you paid + shipping costs. Anything beyond that is not accepted and you may be banned from my store if find out.
