Due to the nature of epoxy, there is bound to be some flaw in every pin. Most minor flaws such as small dust or dents in the epoxy are still considered "standard grade." Major issues noticeable from further than in arms length most notably in the face are "b grade."
b+ graded pins have no major but have more noticeable off center screenprint
Backs and minor side issues (excluding posts) are not considered when grading
